The Riccarton Rotary Market was kinda a bust. Definitely stuff I would have bought if I was living here permanently, but not just for 6 months.
NZ vs. India in the twenty20 cricket match last night was fantastic! More later.
Taxes e-filed. Just need to wait for the IRS / PA / MA to accept them.

Lyttelton Summer Street Festival
Today I got up early and took a bus to Lyttelton to check out a summer street festival. Lyttelton is the harbour town for Christchurch and situated on the other side of the Port Hills. The festival was packed with local, organic food ranging from tasty hand-made sausage to pure banana ice cream (dipped in chocolate, no less). Got my Canterbury card and cricket twenty20 tickets for next Wednesday. Seeing Into the Wild under the stars tonight, I think.
Enrolment was a breeze… getting my Canterbury card, not so much. Have to wait.
Finishing enrolment and registration today for the University of Canterbury. From what I hear it’s a brutally long process. Lovely.
